STRATEGIES OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF RESTAURANT BUSINESS ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Strategies of regional development of enterprises of the restaurant industry in Ukraine are analysed. The main characteristics, types, and directions of development of restaurant business enterprises in regions of Ukraine based on global experience are presented. The main factors influencing the increase in the share of the segment of restaurant economy in Ukraine are described. Statistical data on the total number of operating establishments in the country are provided. The state of the restaurant industry development on the example of Odesa region is analysed. Directions for providing development of enterprises of restaurant economy in the country are given. Conclusions are made for the further development of the restaurant industry in the regions of Ukraine.
