STRATEGIJA MENADŽERSKOG UPRAVLJANJA KONFLIKTIMA U SPORTU

Abstract
Conduct with conflicts and conflict situation nowadays is getting bigger in modern sports events. Frequent conflicts could negativ consequences, on rezult as well as on finance efekts of clubs and competitors. In the other situation conflicts could have positive consequences, if there are used as sources of increasing of effective play of sport club. This reasons made conduction of conflicts important part of management in sport, something that sport′s managers should keep on their mind. Aim of this these was to shove that right approach to the conflicts, in a way to make it understandable and to keep it, as less as it possible, out of its regular margins, is very important in business of sport managers.
