Strategy of effective use and development of economic potential of enterprises of tourism and recreation sphere

Abstract
The subject of research – a set of organizational and economic relations that arise in the process of using the economic potential of tourism and recreation industry enterprises. The purpose of the article is to develop scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the use of economic potential of enterprises of tourism and recreation sphere. Methodology of work – system–structural and comparative analysis (for forming the mechanism of effective functioning of economic potential of enterprises); monographic (in studying the problems of functioning of economic potential of enterprises); economic analysis (in carrying out an assessment of the state and dynamics of economic potential of enterprises); modeling and forecasting (in the process of studying the dynamics of economic potential development of enterprises of tourist and recreational sphere). The results of the work – the proposed modified system of inequalities «golden rule of the economy», which allows to adjust the level of economic potential of enterprises, which allows to improve its adaptation in the environment of the functioning environment. The strategy and technology of development of economic potential of enterprises of tourism and recreation sphere are presented. A system of methods and tools for solving problems of increasing the efficiency of use and development of economic potential is proposed. Conclusions – system of effective use of the economic potential of business tourism and recreation will identify unused reserves, and includes methods, tools and ways of solving problems of strategic economic potential.
