STRATEGY OF INNOVATION-INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT IN THE STATE INDUSTRIAL POLICY

Abstract
The article summarizes the aspects of the formation and functioning of Ukrainian industrial policy and specifies certain aspects of implementation and development of effective measures for stabilization of innovation and investment development of industry. It is proved that the main transformations of the system of state support and stimulation of industrial development should concern changes in the quality of state regulation instruments and the stimulation of the development of industry as a whole. The restructuring of industrial production should be based on state strategic planning. It is suggested that existing tendencies of slowdown of investment activity of domestic industrial enterprises can be solved with the help of internal correction and external interference. In the conditions of the situation connected with the presence of armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine, the presence of destruction of a significant part of the main funds of the industrial sector of the economy in the Donbass, the general negative tendencies in the economy with the aim of keeping industry of Ukraine at the proper level is proposed to redistribute domestic investment flows and apply self-financing.
