STRATEGY OF RURAL GREEN TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE FUNCTIONING OF JOINT TERRITORIAL GROUPS

Abstract
In the current conditions of decentralization of power and the formation of united territorial communities, the effective functioning of the sphere of rural green tourism affects the strengthening of the economic recovery of rural areas, ensuring the growing level of employment and improving the demographic situation in the countryside. Therefore, an objective need is formed to study and substantiate the influence of the united territorial communities on the development of rural green tourism in the context of transformational transformations. The research is formed based on the use of systemic and holistic approaches, the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of structural modeling, data from the legislative and statistical base, and the study of scientific and theoretical material in the plane of ensuring and implementing the strategic priorities of rural green tourism in the functioning of the united territorial communities. Reasonable strategic priorities for the development of rural green tourism in the functioning of the united territorial communities. The features of the development of rural green tourism are revealed. The importance of the positive image of rural areas for the sustainable development of rural green tourism in the context of the effective functioning of the united territorial communities is argued. A number of priority strategic tasks necessary for the implementation by the united territorial communities for the development and effective functioning of rural green tourism are highlighted. A number of positive effects from the development of rural green tourism, which will contribute to the social and economic recovery of rural areas. It is proved that the development of rural green tourism through the prism of its inherent functions is a source of filling the budgets of various levels and a stimulus for the effective functioning of the united territorial communities, which will contribute to the growth of well-being of the rural population. In the context of the proposed strategic priorities for the development of rural green tourism it requires substantiation of instrumental and methodological content in the system of inter-agency cooperation and coordination of state management structures and united territorial communities in the context of ensuring sustainable development of rural areas through the prism of the effective functioning of the sphere of rural green tourism.
