STRESS FRACTURES IN SPORT

Abstract

Chil dren and ado le scents to day, all be fo re star ting with re gu lar sports ac ti vi ti es and in vol ve ment in se mi-pro fes si o nal and top pro fes si o nal sport, so it in cre a ses the number of di sco ve red stress frac tu res in this age. This type of in jury can oc cur as a con se qu en ce of ac tion one strong for ce, or the many re pe a ted small for ce strength, to be exact, when the load (stress) tran scend abi lity re pa ra ti ons bo nes. Stress frac tu res are re cor ded and de scri bed up to the lo wer limbs. Re se arch has been con fi r med that the bo nes of lo wer leg are mostly ma de in in jury, and with the elderly and with the po pu la tion of chil dren and young ado le scents. Oc cur in many sports, so met hing to them is gre a ter when the fre qu ency of run ning and of ten are pre sent in the fe ma le po pu la tion. Ac cor ding to the re sults of nu me ro us in ve sti ga ti ons, mi sta kes in the tra i ning are the most com mon ca u se of the emer gen ce of stress frac tu re. In a di rect com pa ri son with com ple men ted the se in ju ri es is the con di tion of mu scles, so it is im por tant that at the same ti me ca rry out exer ci ses stren gthen mu scles and stretching. Typi cal cli ni cal signs of stress frac tu res are lo ca li zed pa in ful sen si ti vity to pal pation and ru noff in a small num ber of ca ses. The ba sic di ag no stic pro ce du re is a me di cal check, it is the small, ra di o logy and scin ti graphyc di ag no stics (most ac cu ra te) and magne tic re so nan ce ima ging.
