STRUCTURAL SHIFTS IN THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY (2000–2017)

Abstract
The article deals with the structural shifts in the Ukrainian economy at the beginning of the XXI century. The author analyzed the GDP rate and its structure in terms of various product and service types, as well as sectorial GDP structure and the import/export structure. It is shown that structural economic development is not steady and is influenced by various subjective and objective factors. It is also proved that Ukraine gradually turns from the production state into consumer state and can finally be transformed into mere agricultural country.
