Structure and Raman spectra of (Cu6PS5I)1–x(Cu7PS6)x mixed crystals
Journal Title: Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics - Year 2017, Vol 20, Issue 3
Abstract
Mixed (Cu6PS5I)1–x(Cu7PS6)x crystals were grown using a direct crystallization technique. Being based on the X-ray diffraction data, their crystal structure was studied, showing face-centred cubic lattice for Cu6PS5I-rich solid solutions (х < 0.12) and primitive cubic lattice for Cu7PS6-rich (0.84 < x < 1) solid solutions. These structural data correlate with the Raman spectra where, besides the common features typical for the argyrodite-type Cu6PS5I and Cu7PS6 crystals, weaker bands characteristic only for the end-point compounds are revealed in the corresponding compositional intervals. Keywords: solid electrolytes, mixed crystals, crystal structure, Raman scattering. The influence of the exciton non-radiative recombination in silicon on the photoconversion efficiency. 1. The case of a long Shockley–Read–Hall lifetime
By comparison of the experimental dependence of bulk lifetime in silicon on the doping and excitation levels with theoretical calculations, it has been shown that a new recombination channel becomes operative when Shockl...
Comparison of the synthesis routes for the ZnO/porous silica nanocomposite
ZnO/porous silica nanocomposites were successfully fabricated by three different types of synthesis techniques. In all cases, the molecular sieve SBA-16 was used as a porous matrix. The in situ growth the nanoparticles o...
Dielectric spectroscopy of CuInSe2 single crystals
The results of high-frequency dielectric measurements with obtained α-CuInSe2 single crystals provided an opportunity to determine the mechanisms of dielectric losses and charge transport, and also to evaluate the densit...
