STRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF BACHELORS ON LABORATORY MEDICINE

Abstract
This article analyzes some aspects of professional competence of a Bachelor of Laboratory Medicine in the training process at universities and also generalized different approaches to determining the structure of professional competence on the base of Ukrainian scientific works and foreign scientists. According to the theoretical and practical analysis the author singled out the components of professional competence of Bachelors in Laboratory Diagnostics - motivational, cognitive, active and reflexive.
