STRUCTURE OF THE HEART RATE AND VASCULAR TONE DEPENDING IN PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS

Abstract
The study examined the functional state of the cardiovascular system of male students who are engaged in groups of sports and pedagogical improvement in boxing, biathlon, volleyball. It was revealed that for tall college students, volleyball players are characterized by the prevalence of ultra-low-amplitude regulation of the heart rate, in contrast to the biathlon students and boxers whose parasympathetic dominates. The cardiovascular system of volleyball students at rest does not reflect the nature of readiness to perform the PWC170 test. In our opinion, this trend is related to the nature of mobilization of regulatory mechanisms of the organism under certain operating conditions. This work can be useful for teachers, trainers and teachers of higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation.
