Structure of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of juvenile policy.

Abstract
The article deals with the attempt to define the Legal Mechanism of Juvenile Policy, its structure and main characteristics, based on the analysis of legal literature and current legislation. The main results of research showed that Legal Mechanism of Juvenile Policy includes a set of administrative and legal means, which influence on the behavior of a subject and object of public relations as well as the protection of child’s rights for its physical, psychological and intellectual development. Key forms of realization of subjects’ rights and duties in the sphere of Juvenile policy are outlined.
