STUDY FOR INSTITUTIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL MEASURES TO IMPROVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS BASED ON INDICATORS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS

Abstract
The study used the theoretical (analysis and synthesis of scientific literature), empirical methods (survey), testing (to determine the level of physical fitness), methods of mathematical processing. As a result, identify and evaluate the degree of physical fitness of students of Building faculty of Cherkasy State Technological University (ChSTU) is set low and its level indicates the risks of disturbances in the state of their health, especially the cardiovascular and central nervous system, musculoskeletal. The obtained results indicate the need for physical improvement of students by increasing the intensity of stress during physical education classes, attracting students for training in sports sections, increasing motivation to self-study, healthy lifestyle.
