The maximum age of the patients studied varied from between 51-60 years. Majority of patients were males (68%), 92 % of the cases had at least one symptom of dysautonomia, Impotence was the commonest symptom, (36%) ,followed by postural giddiness (30%). 28 of them had positive Autonomic scores (56%) and among the 10 Type 1 Diabetics in the cases, 5 had positive autonomic scores (50%). Polyneuropathy was the commonest complication among the cases (44%), Mean Glycosylated Haemoglobin (HbA1c) was 8.24±2.59%. 4 out of the 10 Type 1 Diabetics had prolonged corrected QT-interval (40%).
