Study of Different Methods of Curing of Concrete & Curing Periods

Abstract
The advancements in the construction and chemical industry have paved way for the development of the new curing techniques and construction chemicals .curing is essential if concrete is to perform the intended function over the design life of the structure while excessive curing time may lead to the escalation of the construction cost of the project and unnecessary delays. Curing may be applied in a number of ways and the most appropriate means of curing may be dictated by the site or the construction method. The behaviour of different methods of curing to achieve higher strength in concrete is studied.
