Abstract
Employee Separation is the process of ensuring that an employee who quits the company is exited in astructured and orderly manner. The causes of employee’s separation are resignation, termination andabsconding. Overcoming the paradox of separation is indispensable as it incorporates the cost of selection,training and improving skills of human resource. Losing any resource comes out with losing profits also.This paper aims at analyzing the gap between expectations and satisfaction of employees from workenvironment. The primary study was undertaken and questionnaire was filled up from 200 employees. Thisstudy also provided ways of improving retention and removing employee’s problems
