Study of teachers' satisfaction with the quality of the education service center regions 1 and 2 Ardabil city deals based on SERVQUAL

Abstract

The current research aimed at measuring the rate of teachers’ satisfaction with the quality of educational complexes in District 1 and 2 of Ardebil. This research was a descriptive case study and its statistical population was the school teachers of towns and villages where school complexes project had been realized. The total number of teachers under study was 1282 out of which 696 teachers were chosen through proportional stratified sampling. 550 and 376 of these teachers were chosen from the urban and rural schools located in District 1 and 2, respectively. Research data was collected for each teacher through SERVQUAL questionnaire using Likert 5- grade scale in the teachers’ workplace. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software, the statistical method of Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA), and Post Hoc. The questionnaires’ content and face validities were measured by referring to a number of experts and instructors’ opinions, and their reliability through Cronbach Alpha Method. In the experimental and actual use of questionnaires, the values of 0.78 and 0.83 were achieved, respectively. Checked with Tukey Post Hoc Test, the answer to research question showed that District 1 rural group was the most satisfied with the quality of educational complexes’ services, while District 2 rural group, District 1 urban group, and District 2 rural group had the least satisfaction with the above-mentioned services in the order mentioned.
