STUDY OF THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS IN THE ORGANIZATION AND THE FACTORS RELATING TO THE IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
An empirical study on communication, in particular communication skills and the communication process in an organization, has been conducted within this article. The survey was carried out with the help of a questionnaire containing 20 questions. The surveyed sample is 250 employees from the research object - Galaxy Investment Group. From the research conducted, the following general conclusion can be drawn for the realization of the communication process in the studied organization, namely that in the organization the communication is developed at a satisfactory level, with good two-way relations between the employees and their direct managers through the use of a variety of developed communication media
