STUDY OVER OPTICAL ABSORPTION AND EMISSION IN SEMICONDUCTORS

Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2009, Vol 11, Issue 2

Abstract

The study of the optical properties of semiconductors is essential in the field of photovoltaics. The present paper represents a review over the main interests over the electrons emission and absorption and the Schockley Read Hall Statistics used in mathematical simulation of electrons behavior for CAE applications.
