Studying and evaluating the feasibility of public sector investment projects (Processing budget)

Abstract
This study attempts to provide an answer to the following main question: What are the specific mechanisms for studying the financial feasibility of public investment projects, from the capital budget? To answer this, we divided our work into two parts: one theoretical, devoted to the presentation of the feasibility concept of public investment projects, and the other part, dedicated to a practical case where we used data. from the program management and budget monitoring ofBechar, and spanning the period 2010-2014, and used to determine the project evaluation criteria, among others, which is apparently the case according to the results obtained .
