Studying methods of strategic analysis

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of methods of strategic analysis: comparison and generalization, matrix methods. The matrices BCG, ADL / LC and McKinsey / GE are studied, the features of their construction, advantages and disadvantages are determined, and their popularity in practical activities is proved.
