Studying the Effects of Potassium on Some Operative Components of Beans Sayad Cultivar in Azna,Iran

Journal Title: International Journal of Farming and Allied Sciences - Year 2013, Vol 2, Issue 19

Abstract

Beans are one of the most common and used grains which is one of the food resources of humans, and it has high amount of proteins, phosphorus, Fe, vitamins and fiber. Considering the increasing number of population and the need to nutritional resources, increasing the food resources through increasing the operation is an essential task. This research aims in investigating different levels of potassium on some operative components, was done by designing quite accidental blocks. Treatments of the experiment were potassium sulphate in 4 levels (control, 300, 600 and 900 gr the equal 0, 80, 160 and 240 kg/he subsequently). The results showed that the significant effect of applying different levels of potassium on the operative components in comparison with control in the level of 5 percent.
