Studying the heating geometry with integration of computer-integrated modeling technologies

Abstract

The experience of the world economy confirms that the rational use of fuel resources is the key to the sustainable economy development and indicates the proper progress level of positive processes in the country. One of the important issues of the energy policy of Ukraine is the economical use of energy resources. One of the main parameters of the comfort ensuring in the production room microclimate is the temperature of the air, therefore, the achievement of the uniformity of its distribution is paid special attention during the study. An effective way to ensure the temperature regime in the production room is the use of infra-red heaters. At the same time, it is important to consider complex heating and ventilation systems in order to ensure the regulatory parameters of the microclimate. The presented studies concerned the determination of such factors influence as the speed of air flow, the power of the infra-red heater, the degree of blackness of the enclosing structures, etc. on the temperature regime in the working area of the production room. The study of the geometry of heat distribution was carried out with the help of the latest computer-integrated simulation technologies. The results of scientific research can be used at the stage of designing buildings and structures of industrial purpose using energy saving systems, which include the radiation component of infrared heating.
