Studying the importance of social capital in Payame Noor University through customer satisfaction approach (professor-employee-student)

Abstract
The modern world is the world of organizations and human force is regarded as the most valuable organization-oriented resource of organizational approaches and activities and plays a major role in attaining purposes and ideals of the organization. Therefore, nowadays social capital plays a more important role than physical and human capital in organizations and societies and it is necessary to increase social capital among organizational individuals to enhance satisfaction level of customers. Given to abovementioned issues, importance of professors and employees with high social capital is very high for universities and organizations. Thus factors which are related to enhancement of social capital must be determined. The present survey has been conducted to study impacts of social capital dimensions on increasing of students' satisfaction in Tehran Payame Noor University. It was conducted using descriptivecorrelation method and hypotheses were tested through Spearman rank correlation coefficient and SPSS16 software. Results of the survey reveal that there is a direct relationship among various dimensions of social capital and students' satisfaction in Tehran Payame Noor University. Friedman variance analysis and binominal distribution tests demonstrate relational aspect of social capital has a higher average than other aspects and social capital status among professors and employees of Tehran Payame Noor University is at a desirable level.
