The applied method is descriptive survey. Data gathering tool consists of researcher made questionnaire. Sample population of this study is all faculty members of Hamedan Payame Noor University in 2012. By performing random sampling 80 individuals were selected as the sample. Also the productivity level of faculty members was low; Average of productivity of the respondents was 2.52 from range of 0-5. The results of this research shows that there exist a relationship between the independent variables of occupational ability and knowledge, familiarity with the occupational, organizational support, motive, credit, functional feedback, environmental adaptability and dependent variable of productivity. Moreover, multiple Regression analysis indicates that all the independent variables except three variables of social capital. Occupational ability, motive and functional feedback exist from regression analysis due to having shared variance; only 3 more variables remained in multiple regression equality. Also result indicated that the most important independent variable in defining the dependent variable is occupational ability (competence) and knowledge. Statistic methods used in this research are: frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, simple linear regression and multiple regression analysis.
