Abstract

Marriage is one of the most emphasized recommendations (permissions) and there are some Narrations on encouraging people to follow it and blaming them not to quit it .As Imam Baqer narrated the messenger of Allah said that there is no base on the foundation of Islam better and more than Marriage to the blessed and exalted God. Marriage parties cannot substitute their own wills with legal laws. Marriage parties can have sex with each other after marriage contract. All of the religious and legal commands about marriage relationships are determined by marital relationship like identification of intimacy between the couple. Although Islam considers men and women equal and from the same parent, admires their good deeds, believes that each of which are responsible for their own deeds and dominate their properties. According to physical and spiritual structures, they are different in responsibilities and duties. For example women's sharyah puberty is sooner than men's. According to Islam Hijab is necessary for women while covering all of body is not obligated for men. With regards to different Islamic views about men and women, men never can take advantage over women, requires injustice and valueless toward women though. But it is necessary for maintaining family hub, generation, children training and life's spirit.
