Studying the Relative Positions of the Teeth of Con-jugated Wheels in the Double Harmonic Trans-mission
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Eftimie Murgu" Resita. Fascicula de Inginerie - Year 2017, Vol 24, Issue 1
Abstract
The paper presents a detailed study of the gearing processes in the two stages of the double harmonic transmission. To highlight the graphics of the relative motion of the conjugates teeth it was developed an original calculation program, written in Visual Basic. By running the calculation program, the relative successive positions of the conjugate teeth were viewed and the basic parameters of the gearing were established: the angle profile (), the tooth height (h) and the size of the deformation of the flexible toothed wheel (w0).

Contributions Concerning the Clock Hour Figure Utilization for the Power Transformer Diagnostic
The paper is based on a study for the diagnosis of power transformer through the signal configuration that are part of the clock hour figure code for a defect transformer. The investigations made have the purpose to comp...
Climate Change on Discharge and Sedimentation of River Awara, Nigeria
The dynamics of variation in effect of climate change on discharges and sedimentation mechanism of River Awara is investigated using 14-year data of rainfall (mm), discharges (m3/s), temperature (0c) and sediment load (t...
Critical Buckling Force Variation for Beams with Discontinuities
This paper introduces a method to evaluate the critical buckling force for beams with geometrical discontinuities. First the shape of the healthy deformed beam due to axial forces is analyzed, in order to predict the dis...
Mechanical Systems based on Dry Friction Force used for Building Isolation against Seismic Actions
Today there are multiple solutions intended to avoid the earthquake damaging effects on building structures. There are methods based on the use of special mechanical systems attached directly to the structure's resistan...
Experimental Generation of the Intersection Curve of Two Cylinders: An Algorithm Based on a New Paradigm
Computational Geometry is currently using approximation techniques based on convex polygons, with good results in some topics, but with severe limitation of applicability. In this paper we present the first step of a lar...
