SUBJECTS OF COUNTERACTION OF THE PROVISION OF UNBEATHABLE BENEFITS IN UKRAINE AND THE COTTAGES OF THE BRANCH IN THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of establishing subjects of opposition to the provision of illegal profits in Ukraine and giving bribes in the Republic of Azerbaijan. A comparative analysis is carried out, namely: the legal status of these subjects, the functions and tasks they perform are determined. The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of existing subjects of counteraction to these socially dangerous acts, both in Ukraine and in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
