Abstract
The purpose of research is to develop a common approach to the determination of the legal nature and substance of the enforcement proceedings, his subjects, to develop proposals for improving the enforcement proceedings both at the legislative level. In the process of writing was the content of the offered its own classification of enforcement proceedings in administrative cases.
