RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MARINE CARRIER UNDER NON-PERFORMANCE LIABILITY OF CARGO TRANCPORTATION IN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract
The article investigates the responsibility of the maritime carrier for non-fulfillment of obligations on the carriage of goods in international traffic. The doctrinal studies on this topic are considered. The main issues of the Institute of Limited Liability, as one of the mechanisms for ensuring the development of maritime traffic in international traffic, are determined. The article analyzes the international legal regulation of liability of sea carriers for non-fulfillment of the obligation to carry goods in international traffic.
