SUBJECTS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF REGULATION, USE AND PROTECTION OF MAN-CAUSED DEPOSITS

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of improving the legal regulation of the public administration in the field of regulation, use and protection of man-made deposits. The article substantiates the advisability of expanding the powers of public administration entitiesin the sphere of subsoiluse, inparticular by introducing a mandatory certification taskte chnogenic depositsin Ukraine, the implementation of whichisput on the State Service of Geology and subsoil of Ukraine.
