Low sperm count was significantly associated with smoking (odds ratio 1.93, 95% Confidence Interval 1.08-3.44) (p value 0.02). Low sperm count was not significantly associated with Alcohol consumption & smokeless tobacco consumption. Smoking is a significantly associated with low sperm count.
