Abstract
Each management solution consists of a number of contradictions, the solution of which must have a certain algorithm, but be unique and take into account all environmental factors. This paper presents the structure of a new lecture course dedicated to methods of solving the technical, scientific, social and psychological tasks that can increase the management decisions quality and improve the competitiveness of the various organizations.
