SUBSTANTIATION OF REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS TO POLYMER-ASPHALT CONCRETE ACCORDING TO GOST 9128-2013

Abstract
Recently, asphalf concrete pavements in 1–3 years of operation accumulate numerous defects, particularly, cracks and need repairing. This leads to the inability to provide a normal life time of the pavement before the overhaul at least 12 years. The article contains the solution of the problem in question.
