СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН І ПРОБЛЕМИ ТЕХНІЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Ulyanchenko O.V., Gryshyn I.Ya., Vasyishyn S.I. Current state and problems of technical support of agrarian enterprises of Ukraine. The article deals with issues related to the current state and problems of technical support of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. It is determined that effective development of agrarian enterprises of Ukraine, production of quality agricultural products directly depends on the level of technical support of production processes and the degree of implementation of the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress. Recently, the degree of technical support of most agricultural enterprises is unsatisfactory, the bulk of the machinery is worn out, and the existing fleet of agricultural machines is inefficiently used. The present state of technical support of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, in particular tractors and combines, is analyzed. The link between the level of technical support and indicators of development of domestic agricultural machinery is established. The basic problems of the technical support of the agrarian sector are substantiated, and the ways of their solution are proposed, among them: the increase of the volume of state support for the technical support of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine and the development of a program of technical re-equipment of the industry at the legislative level; preferential long-term lending to agricultural enterprises-buyers of agricultural machinery of domestic production; change of organizational and economic approaches to the regulation of the secondary technology market at the regional level; protectionist policy in relation to the enterprises of the domestic agricultural mechanical engineering, investing in the construction of new factories and technical re-equipment of operating ones; reviewing the current amortization policy of agrarian enterprises and conducting a revaluation of fixed assets on a systematic basis; rational construction of the organizational structure of domestic machine building and reducing the influence of intermediaries in the sale of agricultural machinery; overcoming the disparity of prices for agricultural products and agricultural products used in agriculture; stimulation of the processes of using agricultural machinery on terms of financial leasing; creation of technical cooperatives for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, farmers; support of regional and regional machine-tractor stations.
