SUCCESSFUL JUDGE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the basic theoretical approaches to the definition of the notion of an investigator's judge by scientific-proceduralists are presented and presented. In the context of these provisions, its procedural status, significance and the main role in the criminal proceedings are defined. The attention was paid to the fact that the investigator, while exercising his powers, did not lose his obligation to protect the rights and freedoms of persons in criminal proceedings.
