Abstract
This article discusses information technology as the main product in the world of globalization. It has been analyzed access to information and communication technologies in the world. It shows how communication technologies are the precondition for social and economic development of our information society. We studied the principles of transformation of society, which needs the solidarity economy and policy guidelines.
