HEALTHY LIFESTYLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AS THE BASIS OF DEMOGRAPHIC WELL-BEING

Abstract
The article analyzes the results of the study of medical-social aspects of life of girls aged 17-22 for developing perspective measures aimed at forming stable motivation to the healthy lifestyle. Only a third of the surveyed students consider themselves completely healthy. It is found out that most often free time is used for communication with friends; by the experience of smoking in the student environment, the most numerous is the group of girls who started their smoker’s career at 15; a significant number of girls have experience in the use of alcoholic beverages, and the factor of interest in new sensations attracts to the attempt of the use of narcotic drugs. It is proved that informational and educational measures are effective factors of motivation to health preservation.
