СУДОВИЙ ЗАХИСТ ПРАВ ЖИТЕЛІВ ТИМЧАСОВО ОКУПОВАНИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ: ПРОЦЕСУАЛЬНІ АСПЕКТИ

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of judicial protection of the rights of inhabitants of temporarily occupied territories. The problems of realization of the constitutional law guaranteed by Article 55 of the Constitution of Ukraine are analyzed. The procedure for judicial consideration of cases of residents of temporarily occupied territories by courts located on the territory of Ukraine under its control is studied in detail. Considered the problems of changing territorial jurisdiction, restoration of lost proceedings and resumption of judicial review of cases, defendants to courts located in temporarily occupied territories. The relevant jurisprudence is being studied.
