Abstract
Süleyman Fikri Erten has language and history surveys and considerable works and remarks which carry value in our recent history. In charge of removing deficiencies and lamenesses in Turkish society and culture, Erten made important contributions to our education lives. Erten, who spent his servicing years very effectively, left important documents and books which gives information about Antalya with its history and culture. Süleyman Fikri Erten, who is an educator, wrote and was published his work “İlmi Belagattan Beyan ve Bediè Hulasası” in case of learning better Turkish spelling and speech rules for his scholars. In this work, it’s given information on Erten’s life, his works, and the transliterational translation of “İlmi Belagattan Beyan ve Bedi Hulasası”, and in the conclusion part, it’s given conclusions, taken from the work. The work, İlm-i Belâgattan Beyân ve Bedî “Hulasası” was prepared as the summary of Belagat-ı Osmâniyye, is like a coursebook. Therefore, given information is investigated plainer and cleaned from details.
