Supplier Performance Evaluation For Raw Material With Fuzzy Promethee Method

Abstract
The role of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) is important in the international market and to compete with multinational markets in the local market. Go Work Handy Craft (GWHC) is an SME that produces varies types of brooms located in Purbalingga. The problem in GWHC is the delays in the delivery of raw materials bamboo from suppliers. If a delay happens, the production process is postponed resulting in reduced productivity. This study's objective is to evaluate the overall performance of the supplier using performance criteria by the owner. The method used in this study is Fuzzy Promethee, to evaluate the supplier’s performance in Small and Medium Enterprises. Based on interviews and data calculation, it is obtained that GWHC has 4 suppliers. The important criteria of supplier evaluation according to the owner are competitive prices, raw material availability, quality of raw material, delivery time and delivery capacity. The result of data processing shows that the best performance is given by supplier 2 with biggest Promethee II score is 0.0203
