SUSTAINABLE SOCIO-CULTURAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
This paper discusses issues related to the socio-cultural and environmental surroundingsin the concept of sustainability. The purpose of this article is to indicate the nature and importance ofthese areas in sustainable business of enterprises. The first section of the article lists the areas in which the company operates with a special focus on sustainable socio- cultural environment. Inter alia, it indicates education as a key element of creating sustainable social environment. The further sectionpresents the culture as the second component of the analysed company’s environment. Cultural barriers existing between societies are a major problem in creating a sustainable society. The next section relates to sustainable natural surrounding called environmental or ecological. This part indicates the environmental problems that exist in today’s world. The work is completed with a summary.
