Synergia. Rozwój stosunków Chin i Rosji w XXI w.

Abstract
Synergy. The Development Chinese-Russian Relations at the Beginning of the 21st Century China and Russia share the common desire of establishing multipolar world. In the beginning 21st century the political and economic rapprochment between both countries is taking place in the number of areas: trade, energy and military. For a reason of different capabilities, sino-russian relations are asymmetrical. The asymmetry of the relationship shape political and economic synergy of China and Russia in the international system. Emerging China’s and Russia’s strategy is chain-gaining behaviour against United States. Chiny i Rosję łączy wspólne pragnienie ustanowienia świata multipolarnego. Na początku XXI w. ma miejsce polityczne i gospodarcze zbliżenie pomiędzy obu krajami w wielu dziedzinach: handlu, sektorze energetycznym oraz w sferze militarnej. Z powodu różnych potencjałów stosunki chińsko-rosyjskie są asymetryczne. Asymetria tych relacji kształtuje synergię Chin i Rosji w systemie międzynarodowym. Obecnie wyłania się strategia Chin i Rosji polegająca na przymusowym wspólnym działaniu przeciwko Stanom Zjednoczonym (chain-gaining).
