Abstract
Reasoned preconditions for the emergence of a new epistemological integrated areas of scientific research, which combines or partially uses components of many sciences and private theories in connection with the widespread and increasing use of advanced artificial intelligence systems, as well as the gradual establishment of the information society and the inability of many organizational structures at different levels to form adequate to the type tactical requirements to ensure high-quality management information system.
