Synthesis Characterization of New Polynucleating Ligands and their Biological Studies
Journal Title: UNKNOWN - Year 2018, Vol 8, Issue 6
Abstract
This article summarizes synthesis of three new poly-nucleating ligands successfully in alcoholic medium. The ligands synthesized are characterized quantitatively and qualitatively by using NMR, IR Spectroscopy and UV-visible. The further biological activity are made like anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial, these activities revealed that ligands I to III are showing positive result

Molecular Modeling Study of the Penetration Kinetic of Diverse Compounds through the Human Skin by Three-Dimensional Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship
The control of permeation is essential for the topical application of lotions, creams, and ointments, and the toxicological and risk assessment of materials from environmental and occupational hazards. This study develop...
Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Novel 1,4-Disubstituted 1,2,3-Triazoles and Bis 1,2,3-Triazoles as Anti-Bacterial Agents
A library of novel 1,4-disbustituted 1,2,3-triazoles 3a-3k was prepared by using Click-chemistry concept. In this 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, the 3-methoxy-4-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)benzaldehyde (1) was used as alkyne partner...
In Silico Design and Optimisation of Phytoalexin Resveratrol Polyphenolic Analogs as Inhibitors of Histone Acetyltransferase for the Management of Tumor Growth
Cancer cells are known to be more susceptible to deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage than normal ones due to their genetic instability. The post-translation modification of histones plays a crucial role i...
Differential Responses of Cakile maritima at Two Development Stages to Salinity: Changes on Phenolic Metabolites and Related Enzymes and Antioxidant Activity
Though halophytes are naturally adapted to salinity, their salt-tolerance limits are greatly influenced by endogenous (that is, physiological development stages) and exogenous factors (that is, salinity). In this work, t...
