SYSTEM DYNAMICS MODELING OF THE TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS FLOWS OF THE PRODUCTION AND SALES SYSTEM

Abstract
The purpose and object of research. The purpose is the formulation of the problem of System Dynamics modeling of transport and logistics flows of the production and sales system on the basis of generalization and formalization of the specific features of the industrial and transport enterprises functioning. Research methodology. This article is based on the theoretical principles and methods of the system analysis and System Dynamics approach to the management of complex social and economic systems; and modern approaches to the management of transport and logistics system. Value results. The theoretical approach is used in order to improve the stability and the efficiency of the transport and logistics system management. The article is a starting point for further research and practical tools of transport and logistics processes management for the production and sales system management. Conclusions. The article describes the features of the of transport and logistics operations implementation in the management of material and financial flows of the production and sales system. It identifies the key factors that make up the material flow and performance of the information delays within the dynamic interaction of transport and distribution, transportation and cargo, logistics systems. The key procedures for calculating the financial indicators and parameters of financial flows of the production and sales system in cooperation with the transport and logistics service provider are identified. The formulation of the problem of System Dynamic modeling of transport and logistics flows of the production and sales system is implemented. The basic mathematical relationships in the management of material and financial flows of the production and sales system are defined. The directions of the practical application of System Dynamic approach in the planning of logistics operations, production and transport companies are offered.
