SYSTEM OF PREVENTION MEASURES AND PROCEDURES FOR THEIR APPLICATION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The analysis of scientific thoughts concerning the interpretation of the notion of precautionary measures is carried out, and the own definition of this concept is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the grounds and conditions for the use of precautionary measures. The order of application, change and termination of preventive measures is considered.
