Systematic approach to the prophylactics of personnel security of enterprise

Abstract
In the article the role of personnel security as a part of economic security is considered. Internal and external threats of personnel security are mentioned. Three main factors of personnel security are analyzed. The realities of employment procedures and its results are considered. Basic mistakes in creating the system of prevention human threats are analyzed. The tools for automated recruitment are studied. The use of information technology (THL-test) is proposed.
