Systematization of the Ukrainian Administrative Legislation: Problems of Definition

Abstract
The author notes the lack of the definition of “systemati- zation of administrative legislation” in the modern Ukrain- ian literature. Based on this, in this article the author examines the need, if any, of such a definition. The main ar- gument “against” the scientific research of the definition of this term is that there are the relevant developments in legal theory, and they can be applied to each of the branches of the legislation of Ukraine, including the administrative. The main argument “for” in the development of such a definition is the need to attract the attention of scientists and law-mak- ing subjects to the urgent question of systematization of the administrative legislation of Ukraine. The author defends the idea that the definition of “systematization of adminis- trative legislation” should be very compact.
