SYSTEMATIZATION OF TREATS OF JOIN-STOCK COMPANIES FINANCIAL SECURITY

Abstract
The article deals with the etymology of the concept of “threat to financial security” and generalizes the main approaches of domestic and foreign scholars to formulating the essence of “the threat to financial security of economic entities”. On this basis, and taking into account the peculiarities of financial activity of corporate structures, a proper understanding of the notion of a threat to the financial security of a joint-stock company is proposed. The author outlines typical features of the threats to financial security of joint stock companies. The existing systems of classification of threats of financial security of entrepreneurial structures are investigated and the author's approach to their systematization for joint-stock companies is offered.
