Tactical aspects of investigation of firearms misappropriation made by servicemen

Abstract
The scientific article deals with some aspects of the investigation of the illegal seizure by a serviceman of weapons, combat supplies and explosives. The urgent investigating acts are examined, and the activity of the investigator by carry out urgent investigating acts by the investigation is examined too. Investigation (investigatory) actions during investigations into illegal possession of a firearm by a serviceman include the inspection, search, questioning of the suspect, victims and witnesses. In order to determine the sequence of the survey, it is necessary to take into account the investigative situation pre-vailing at a certain stage of the investigation and to use available information on the crime committed, identifying the most likely locations of the traces of a criminal offense. The search provides the investigator with the opportunity to identify material evidence that may further serve as a basis for bringing charges against a suspect. The use of various tactical techniques during the search can improve its effectiveness. The questioning of witnesses and victims (especially suspects) during the investigation of the illegal possession of a firearm by a serviceman is central to the initial stage of the investigation
